I have a set of 88 grey mesh wheels. They are in decent shape for a cruiser, will probably need a re-finish for a show car. The tires are goodyears, and my guess have 7500 miles on them.

MMM..not sure. You could have custom rims made with a different offset to bring them back under.

The only issue with the IRS is it pushes out the rear track just a bit more then the fenders. Will definiaty need to roll the fender. But yes it is fairly bolt in.
