Potentially. Very few kits were made but I think some kits were sold to the public.

Looks like the email account for the site was locked so there were issues with notifications and registrations.

Now, depending on the radio\amplifier...if it allows a range of 4 to 8 ohms of impedance, you can wire TWO 8 ohm speakers IN PARALLEL. You can wire TWO 4 ohm speaker in SERIES.
