Convertible?

Pretty sure those mouldings are a total PITA for everyone involved. They crack easily so people glue them on.

They may be glued on anyways from asc, not sure I don't have a vert.

You used to be able to get new ones from Advanced Auto. Looks like Holley no longer offers them. Your best bet may be just a different Holley or get your old one rebuilt.

Mounts should be identical.

The carb is a 4180C.

Not sure on the rarity of your car. It's rare, but of course, all asc cars are super rare.

Not sure on the verts but I thought they kept the gatorbacks that Ford put on them as Mustang ...

Electrical work on these cars is easy. No computers. Just 12v here, ground there.

Parasitic draw is super easy on these cars. Just put an ammeter in-line with the battery and start pulling fuses ...

IMHO, if it runs right and it needs minimal work, I think it's worth it.

If it needs an engine/engine rebuild...then no.

Parts and labor add up fast to get a car up to snuff.
