One thing you can do is try a Cassette adapter and see if it works. If the rubber bands in it are gone, I think the head will still work and make contact with either a Bluetooth or wired cassette ada ...

The glass part SHOULD (I'm like 99% sure) interchange between the housings if you have good original housings.

Those will "fit" and no one will be the wiser but those are a little bit different.

The originals have a slight curve to the black plastic housing. on the top and bottom as the light face ...

Yeah, not sure on the that tag. Maybe Ford made a mistake. I would say a number with all ones shouldn't be correct on the fender skirt.

I'd contact Kevin Marti for a report.
