PS:-
Many years ago, someone from ASC had mentioned to me that the above single numbers of which there are 7 such units were "special". I cannot figure out what could possibly have been "Special". Since all cars were repainted, it's not Special Paint. 5-Speed Sticks were not considered "Special" & the D32 code included all options. The person who mentioned this, never got back to me, and when I tried to reach him, I was informed that he had left the company. My educated guess is that they were consumer-ordered with NO air conditioning. This because A/C was included in the to-be-installed options on D32 cars. In order to get a non-air conditioned car, D32 would have had to be deleted from the build, and the other options that were included in D32 would have had to been ordered singly, omitting A/C. This is the only reasonable answer to this odd happening, until someone with one of those 7 cars comes forth to either state that he/she has one of those cars and it has OR does NOT have air conditioning.
