Perhaps I carry it too far.

During 2009 I drove the 86 Coupe 3 miles
the Azura Blue '90 6 miles,
the Siver Anniversary '90 31 miles, and
the Fleetwood 60 Special 8 miles.

Remember, I live in Nu Joisey, where many drivers drive like
a Bat outta hell ! they actually race up to red lights, to
jockey for posistion when it turns green ! Overpopulation,
always in a rush,with ultra egos. There is no longer any such
thing as going out for a relaxing cruise to nowhere.
E'body is LATE! Late for work-out, late to pick up the kids
from school, late for the doctor or dentist, late for
work, late for their shrink appointment and in a hurry to get to the
food market. They all tailgate !!!
There are absolutely no parts left to fix any of my show cars.
They are 24, 20 and 17 years old.
The above mileage(s) I put on - on Sunday mornings, between 7AM
and 8AM ~ when most are still sleeping or just getting up! By
8:30AM I was always home.
The roads here are covered with some serious pot-holes from
cold temps & 3 minor snowstorms onto which the county dumped
a milliom pounds of rock salt. SOOoo, no cars are going out, now -
'til April. It's not a very relaxing ride worrying about the jerk
in back of you who is tailgating you in his 1999 Honda (un)CIVIC
or the 17 year old in his super hopped up Ford Maverick Coupe
in Screamin' Yella with black racing stripes up the hood, that's
missing its grill.

I need to move to the country, way out western Jersey, but they will follow. 2 or 3 big box stores & 1 supermarket the size of a football field are the candy that calls 'em and beckens their Camrys and Novas to come.
