Going by the door tag, its got the 5.0 in the vin, low back seats, automatic tranny and a GS only exterior color.

It was also built in March 1985.

I'm a little worried on the ascMcLaren Coupe that gave up its drivetrain for this...

How could it have been an RS, when it's painted in Lt. Regatta Blue" ?? NOT.

It's a "Heinz-57" brand....in dog talk.... A Mutt.
This one's AKC registered, but has no papers......

I share Mike's concern about the McLaren, but also am concerned about the SVO.

I got word that the asc is being restored and he put the 92 engine in it that was in the Capri.

I asked why he wasn't keeping the asc engine and he said it won't put out the kind of power he wants from the 92. In any case the car lives. Don't know about the SVO.

Whoever built it obviously put a lot of work into it. Why . . . I'm not so sure.
