So, I took all the carpet out and did some cleaning, but had a heck of a time figuring out how it was supposed ot go back in. the Velcro that holds it up to the back of the convertible top well had come loose so it was just bunched up on the floor.

It appears that there is a notch in the bracket that holds the pull-down motor in place. That looks like a resting place for the trunk torsion rods. It also looks like the carpet was at one time covering that bracket and the rods sat in that notch over the carpet.

The corner pieces with the cardboard backing look like they go in first with the cardboard running in the slot between the wheel well and the trunk frame. The carpet then lays over the trunk frame. The end of the corner pieces near the tail lights seemed to go under the rear center piece.

Then, it looks like the main carpet piece lays on top of everything because it has finished edges. I want to tuck it under the rear center piece, but I'm not sure if that is right.

Does anyone have pics of the proper installation??
