I am sure this topic has been discussed, but I cannot find it.
I had an ASC Mclaren a few years ago and I have been out of this for a while. I picked up an 86 and the pull down motor is disconnected, the latch is open. I need to understand how this mechanism works, and a wire diagram, if anyone has this information available.
I am in the South Florida area.

HI!.... Welcome back to the site. You can go to the " ASCMCLAREN.COM" site. There you will find a "general info. " section. Once you are there ,it has a "convertible electrical wiring " portion. And I think this will help you out. Once more, Welcome Back.....
