Looks like a manufacturer with a hacksaw and a dream.

I have seen a bunch like that. Sombody must have made conversion top kits. They really look ugly on 70 to 81 Camaros Shocked

I don't think it was a kit. There were several conversion companies that sold whole cars and not kits. I was wondering if Sandy knew which one it was.

With the top DOWN, the best I can do is rule out #s 1 & 3. It cannot be a "Pony" as it doesn't have vent wing windows, and it cannot be a Bivouac as it has a back seat!
It's either a "C.C." or a "C`abrio" Since the C.C.(s) came out of Florida, & this example is in Alabamia, I'd go with THAT, over a C`abrio from California, but THAT is a mere guess. It's unusual in that it's a top of the line GHIA with leather. The most expensive version was the V-8 (255 Cu. In.) Ghia, with the optional cloth Recaros. I've only ever seen a photo of 1 made like that. In "real life" I have seen a grand total of just 3 of these things. I didn't recall them well enough to now know who's product they each were.
