Capriman, where were you able to locate a right rear quarter panel ?
You are very lucky in more ways than one !!

Awesome Jeff. Hey are you getting the whole car re-painted or just the damage?

I have found some surprisingly great collectible cars in flawless
condition up in New Hampshire & yes, initially I was very
surprised as well - but they are up there !!

We are still making progress.

Car is 100% straight. New quarter is welded on, door gaps are MINT now.
I can't put my hand in the passenger door gap now! LOL
Door shuts with the lightest pressure to click it in. Very nice.

Car is aside for right now as he has another job to work on. I told him to use my car as a filler as needed since the season is done anyway but he his moving along quite well!

Funny thing....Dave the bodyguy came over to me and gave me the spare glass that was in the black quarter and said he was going to put my original back in with the cool sticker...which would be the foureyedpride sticker...HA!
Love these guys.

I had my Coupe out, this year ! We went 5 miles, then I got scared, and went home. I took her to a show, in my town's center, (round trip = 3 miles) Many nice people complimentd and a few surprised me when they actually knew what it was.

The Silver Anniversary went 32 miles this season and the Azura Blew was never let out of captivity, but was run 5 times, each time for 30 minutes.

I cannot wait for next May !!!!!! Winters in New Jersey are simply awful.

Look Ma...no more dent!

Well she is home and now safe over in the neighbors garage. I currently have the 88GT ripped apart in the garage, so my awesome neighbor is letting me borrow a bay for a week or so.
I have lots to do, but at least it's here and I can start doing it shortly.

As I agreed to keep my cost down, I will be doing anything that is Charcoal Grey....it's all prepped and ready, just need to do it and get my mask line back nice on the nose and rest of the areas.

I am very please on the results. I was a bit nervous going for the final viewing but after the wetsand/buff and all it looks great!!!!!!!

Looks great paint and body truly nice! Very Happy

I do wonder why as nice as a job that was done on body why the painter did not mask off inner fender wells!! Way too much overspay that could have been avoided on parts that should not be white.
