Ricaro seat headrests

Post by dndzol »

Can the height of the headrests be adjusted up and down? How? Mine are too high and I would like to bring them down closer to the seatback.

That's the part of the manual that I'm missing. Missing the center 4 pages and that's where much of the info is. Someone was supposed to email me copies of the pages but never did. Such is life. They must be adjustable, mine are down on the seatback. Just right.

You might call Henry and see if he can tell you.

Later on in the same thread, there is a link to where the entire manual was posted online. Here is the link...

Khummel: You may have a virus in your computer. The links you provided gave me all kinds of problems, including shutting me down totally. You may be the source of the computer problems that sandy has had for the past year or so.

Get your computer checked by an expert! Your Recaro seat pages are no good. They not only don't open, they install unwanted programs in others computers.

Ricaro headrests

It seems some of you are more interested in talking computers than helping me solve my problem. I still would like a suggestion on adjusting the height of the headrests. I downloaded the manual, unfortunately it is for the top not the seats.

I'd like to know too. But the center 4 pages of my manual are missing. I have the opriginal top instructions. The 2 are not connected. Sorry about the computer posting, but when I tried to open the link my anti-virus went into action. The next day it opened without a problem. That's when I relaized that the link has nothing to do with the recaro seats. Mine also has the stereo speakers so I really could use the missing pages. And they must be adjusteble becouse mine are down on top of the seat and you said yours were in an up position.

Someday, someway, I'll get the missing pages!

Did you try pulling up on the headrest first then pushing down on it?

Ricaro headrests

Problem solved! I let some silicone run down the posts, gave it some time to work and they headreats slipped down easily.
