So I picked up a car I have wanted for years, a 1993 BMW M5. Just like our asc/McLarens, the E34 M5 is quite a special car. They were hand assembled on a special Motorsports line, and featured a 315hp 3.5l inline six.

Thanks. I am very bad at naming foreign brands. Jaguars I can tell and BMWs - but only from the front, on the BMW. That's about it. My #1 fav foreign car (that I will never be able to own) is a Jaguar Convertible, in a perinal Jag favoritw color, called SABLE, a deep, rich brown, with saddle interior. But it would have to be brand new. At $80,000 that is never gonna happen.
(Well.....the lottery could make it happen.... Safe Drives 2 U Laughing

I really wanted an American car, but there really wasn't anything that fit the bill as well as this vehicle. It handles like a sports car, is very reliable, gets decent fuel mileage, and is rear wheel drive with a 5-speed. Believe it or not, she has 120K miles on her!

Ya, I assumed it was brandy-new !!!

I (and my family, now long gone...) only bought domestic.
We had a long string of Imperials, 1 Lemon Cadillac, (that caused the parental figures to switch to Imperials. Then the bought a T-bird in 1959. My Dad called it Tee-Turd ! Replaced with a 1960 Imperiial.
Mom got a 1972 Caddillac Coup De Ville. By 1974 she was calling it "Coupe 'DeCRAP..... Traded for a 1974 Imperial.

I personally have had 3 Imperials, 1 Caddy, 1 Pontiac GTO, and a Buick Gran Sport 455 Skylark.

Since the last Imperial in 1993, I switched to Lincoln & Jeep. Wife has a 10 year old, absolutely MINT Cherokee 4X4 Sport Limited.
Car is 100% flawless. E-one stops her to try & buy it.

I have a 2003 Town Car. Flawless automobile.
Dealer called me to find out why I never come in for service. I told them nothing is broken, all is fine, I do come for maintenance.

Our Son just bought Foreign, so we (the parentals) are trying to learn Japenesse so we can converse with his car! Wink

Drive safe, enjoy, be well.
