Hello,
My name is Nicolas, I'm living in France, and I am the owner the Mustang McLaren 1987 #065.
I know this car from 12 years but I could buy it only 6 months ago, finally !
I think it is the only one in France.
It was a dream and now it's real !!!!
This week-end the Mustang club of France organize the biggest mustang event of the year and for the first time I'll go with my McLaren.
Bye |

Welcome! Post a few pics of your car at the show if you can! You have a picture album on this site for that very thing.

Best of luck with you McLaren and the show. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I have mine, and I've not even been able to drive mine yet. _________________ '78 King Cobra

Nice pictures! Interesting to see TRX wheels on the car.
Are they cheaper in France?

Yes, I'm living in Deauville, it's on the Normandy coast (north-west of France), perfect to drive with the top down ! When it's not raining and in Normandy it's raining a lot ...
the trx wheels come from my mustang 84 gt convertible, I ask to redone the McLaren wheels, I should receive them in about a month.
The price of the trx in France is twice the one in US (strange when you know that Michelin is a french company !) |

It never ceases to amaze me that actually so few of these cars were made (479 in 1987, 1,015 in 1988, 247 in 1989 & 65 for 1990) totals a mere 1806 in total, and yet I have found them all over the world.
Puerto Rico/Canada/France/Holland/The Neterlands/Italy/Israel/Switzerland/ England/
Alaska (Okay USA, but still....) / Mexico, Spain,
and New Zealand & Australia. Others, that I cannot recall
at this moment !! _________________ Sandy passed away in 2012. He will be forever missed.
