**WISHFUL THINKING** It would be nice if any of us had the extra money for this car. I think we are the only people who would cherish the car and the memory it carries.

WOW the best pictures of his car that I have seen.
It seems a shame that the seller has it for sale so soon. |

I saw this pop up and thought, "Wow, that has to be Sandy's." I was hoping for a somehow more dignified sale. _________________ Robert

Heard this seller has both 90 Mclarens' of Sandy. Why were the cars not advertised here for sale to the group of people that know them better than most average Mustang owners? Spoke to the seller earlier today and he sounds like he has no clue on what he purchased. Sounds like a quick flip for him.
That being said, what do most of you think it is worth. The Blue 90 Mclaren that is. |

I thought the same thing. As far as giving you some valuation, we're probably not the best people to ask being that we all have a sentimental attachment to the person they belonged to previously.
Chances are, most of us, given the resources, would likely pay more than what they're worth just to keep them in the family, as it were.

I am in the car business and make a living selling vehicles. I purposely did not inquire to buy Sandys cars because I felt it was poor taste! But now I wish I had because it looks like they were just offered up to whoever? Sandy would be very upset if his vehicles did not go to right person! _________________ -DAVID-

I just looked at the listing and it has ended. Ended early due to erro in listing, or so it says. I wonder if he sold it and just ended it?? Maybe I'll drop him a message and see what's up. _________________ 1985 Red ascMcLaren Convertible #218

It blows me away that his cars were sold without anyone on here sniffing it out. Considering how many of us do daily searches of practically every sales outlet out there, it is remarkable that we are only learning of it now. No matter how it happened, what is now occurring is just sad.
I wonder when he'll be selling the silver one. _________________ Robert

My wife was all over it when it came up the first time but I blew it off knowing it should go for some $$$. What was the previous selling price? _________________ Kevin Gold card MCA Judge for Fox Body
