The price aside, it's a nice car. It's not perfect, I see a bit of sun damage in the interior and a bit of wear here or there but she's been fairly well looked after and hasn't been hacked into.
What's a reasonable price? $7k? $5k?

The problem with the Mustang versions are that they are in direct competition with the Mustang GT. The differences are subtle and everyone KNOWS about the GT's. Our cars - not so much. Despite the ASC's being more costly, at auction, they bring the same prices. |

I think you are on target with your price. Miles are not low. Mods don't add value to most people. GT/LX prices are up a bit. ASC? not yet.
Low mileage cars barely bring $10K and that's over Blue Book.
Estate auctions have an end goal that all items must be sold.
Ebay while an auction, has become more of a "want ad" for those who hope to sell it. Thus the higher price tag.
It is rare with the red on red with a pre-conversion Red car! Not many ASCs match under the hood. _________________ Kevin Gold card MCA Judge for Fox Body

I just noticed that this car is still on Ebay for $25000. Also just noticed that the car has an "odometer issue" on the Carfax. Not so "very rare" after all. _________________ 1985 Red ascMcLaren Convertible #218
