I'd love to see some pics of other 86 verts so I know what I am missing or what is different through 32 years of this car's life.

Thanks!

yeah, the pic's on the forum seem a bit finicky even if you seem to use the correct links - I', sure I am doing something wrong though!

let's try some direct links:

https://i.imgur.com/SBMZIsj.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/IO5OZ4f.jpg?1

worse case, I know you can copy/paste those to see 'em.

re car help, I will ask for some very specific pics, I still have plenty of work to do on this. If one of you guys can show me some details of how your headlight covers attach, I would appreciate it (mine are missing), and your ashtray - I have the tan (sand beige) interior and was curious if the ashtray matched the console color (mine is also missing).

Thanks!

The ash tray is not mustang or Capri. Likely not even Ford. It’s two pieces with the lower piece screwed straight down. Mine seemed to be molded in blue but painted black. I believe they all came that way.

Yes, I think that is common on all these, here is a pic of the interior, sorry that is not focused right on the dash panels

I have top question guys, has anyone made a video of the top operation process? I saw the instructions on Henry's site, but a video would be great. It's so damn cold here I did not want to risk putting the top down in 30 degree weather so I haven't done anything with it yet.

If someone could upload something to youtube or something, that would be great!

Also, a side question, one of my bars does not have Velcro on it, and I believe all of them are Velcro looped and that is how the top wraps around the bar, is that correct?

Thanks again!

Here is a pic of the bar that I am questioning, what is hanging down from the top is a "hook" side of Velcro, and I am guessing that the bar should have the loop - if someone can confirm this, that would be great!

The top is easy to operate and has been posted here before.
1 put windows down
2. Release front latches
3. Release rear tonneau , and release the rear bow from the tonneau
4. Push the rear bow forward, then open the tonneau fully
5. Fol$ the top into the tonneau compartment. You may need to assist the corner windows to fold. Before moving the front bow completely back, flip the second bow over. This will allow it to fit completely inside. Close the latches as well.
6. Tip the tonneau into place and latch it down

You may need to have the key in accessory and some I think need the e brake on.
