Those could be made to work with enough help from Baer or maybe SSBC. _________________ Tom S.

Guys,
Took a close look at them. I'm familiar with those calipers and they WILL work on a Mustang, with the following modifications....
SN95 front spindles with lower ball joint spacer
SN95 brake lines (soft ones, the hards may work but will probably need new ends to mate up with everything)
SN95 Master Cylinder (actually, one from a 93 Cobra would be the best)
Hubs and Rotors from an SN95
5 lug rims
98 CObra rims (17x8) or most 17x9 SN95 Mustang rims
new rear axles
all the disc brake attaching hardware for the rears (plates, anti-moan brackets, etc.)
It is actually earier to adapt the PBR two piston calipers, as Baer makes a kit (both the cheaper one to adapt your current spindles and a better kit that uses SN95 components, like the FMS kit). Only problem for us would be you'd need to go with a 17" rim, or a fairly rare 16" rim (whose name escapes me right now).
I've done the PBR changeover on a 93 CObra using SN95 components BEFORE the FMS or Baer kits came out. If serious, I'd buy the kit instead of the way I did it. I recently bought ALcon 4 piston calipers (like the ones in the auction, but with the Saleen instead of ASC logo) and bought the necessary adapters from a NASCAR brake shop in NC. Of course, I needed to buy new rims. _________________ Robert Lyons

I think it would be fun to make some logos like that to paint/stick on the stock brake calipers.

I was going to do that with discbrakesrus when I got to that point in the restoration, but I am afraid of the trademark laws with the logo. _________________ 2018 F150 S'crew
