The floor mats are kind of permanently folded. I am debating on weather to unfold them, lay them flat pressed inside of something for a while.
The backing on these matts is also very very "brittle". It is almost like some kind of light plastic spray that was applied or molded to the backs. But it is dry now.
The headlight/tailight covers are in great shape.

Floor Mats? You suck! lol. j/k.
Man I'd love to see them all unfolded but yeah idk.
I guess I'd just unfold them and see what happens... _________________ Mike

Just don't unfold them while its cold. Lay it out in the sun on a warm day.

I sold boxes and boxes of old Apple II computers and software on ebay. The money I got there completely covered this. _________________ 1985 ascMcLaren Coupe - Midnight Blue

I'd consider using them as a template for some accurate reproductions. Yes, the design sucked, but original is original. |

Nice, what model(s)? I have an old Apple IIc stored. Complete with an image writer printer...Thought about Ebaying it but not sure if it's worth unpacking taking pics etc etc... _________________ Mike

Apple II+
Apple IIe Platinum
Commodore PET
, etc
An Apple IIc was the el-cheapo version of the Apple line. It might not get much.
The boxes of software I got pulled in the bucks though.

I asked what car they had. They didn't answer that question... _________________ 1985 ascMcLaren Coupe - Midnight Blue

They may have forgotten. They traded it in back in 88 they told me. Looking at that paper it was gray with a sunroof. _________________ Stan

Sunroof? Then it was an early car.
Mine was grey with orange (changed in '87 at ASC to silver), a sunroof, and number #23, so that one is out. It wasn't Sandy's, so now we're down to what, sixteen possibilities? |

Nice to know those original mats ended up in good hands. Even though they weren't for my model year, for kicks I had them and all the rest of the goodies from that particular seller watchlisted the whole week and was completely stunned what everything went for. Likely an irreplaceable find. Congrats Mike! _________________ 1988 ASC-McLaren Red/Blk/Gray 5-speed
