Well it is possible. We could tell people everytime they see a crushed wrecked our whatever ascMcLaren Mustangs and Capris to get the VIN and create a database for ascMcLaren's that are gone forever :lol: .

25 - 1984 Coupes
150 - 1985 Coupes, + 30 Grand Prix IV Coupes = 180 Total
115 - 1986 Coupes + 47 EuroCoupes = 162 Total

Grand Total of all = 367

All 1984 were Midnight Navy Blue Metallic
1985s added Oxford White to the above
1986 added "Smoke Charcoal Grey Metallic, Raven Black and Platinum Silver.

Stripes on the Charcoal Grey cars were either Silver or the Orange;
on the Black cars the stripes were Silver
and on the Silver cars the stripes were Black.

The rarest is the Silver Coupes with the black stripes. 3 were made. 2 Survive.
sandy what about the one black and orange car

Raven Black with Popsicle Orange striping/decals/logos was not a "listed" selection, available to order. However, one buyer wanted that, and since ascMcLaren was NOT "Computerized" and was a small aftermarket custom crafer - the request was honored. I only listed the "Suggested" combinations as per theascMcLaren dealer sheet.

In addition, there were a handful of units made with NO declas, logos, nor striping! I have registered 2, both in Michigan and both black cars.
A "spotter" saw a white unit in Indiana with no logos/decals/striping but..........who is to say that the owner or a prior owner didn't remove it all.....OR was it 1 of the ones ascMcLaren really made that way ?? ??

I have ALSO located an original owner 1986 Coupe in the WHITE with SILVER striping/deals/logos !!

Obviously, asc would make it any way you wanted..... I just listed the "Suggested" choices.....
Sandy passed away in 2012. He will be forever missed.

That's a Eurocoupe. They didn't get the asc striping package. Except for a pencil thin strip around the rub strip.
