I must be blind, but I can't find the VIN on the auction site...Can you tell me where you saw it? Yes, the other half was very interested when I called him to look at the Snowball. :)

Thank you,

Can't argue with that. I don't know who took the pictures, but unless they were trying to be artistic for some unknown reason, they could be hiding something. Anyway, I just emailed him and asked for more pictures and the condition of the paint. At the top of the page it said, "the user is registered on another Ebay and may speak a different language" ???????

RIGHT, and lends credence to this statement from me:-

NUMBER is totally wrong !!!! It's REAL number should have been # 272. (247 1989s + this is car # 25 of the 1990s

They were 9 cars apart.

Anyone dead serious about this car better run a carfax hisrtory report. 18 "events" could be 18 motor vehicle registrations (normal) or..... a dozen accidents! Be careful. Real careful. IF I had storage and more $$$$ I woulda been on this car like flys on s_ _ t - but jumpin' off now.

I think the overexposure is there for a reason. Everything is done for a reason.

Go back and look at the engine picture.
Okay, now why is the picture carefully cut all around the engine & showing zero amount of inner fenders and/or firewall ?

What are the firewall and inner fenders made out of ?
(and) what happens to them if a car goes for a recreational dip in the lake?

If you are within 100 miles of Ft. Pierce Florida and can go see it, TODAY or tomorrow or this week, do so..... it's a real gamble !

Notice the pitting on the cover? The silver & black, with pit marks ?

I e-mailed and talked with the seller.
For what it's worth, after doing so, I would buy it with a fairly good dose of confidence. I just came away with the fact his wife wo took the photos, is no photographer and the car is in very good condition. He is the 2nd owner. The 1st was from N.J. and he & I had talked (in a past life  ) and the car was a stand up car, then. I don't think it was a recreational pool puddler and I think it's average or better. He stated that if it doesn't meet reserve, he would keep it. I dunno. If I was well - had my old boy strength and had a garage for snowball - I would jump on it. All I can say. Yes, I am sad that I can't be it's new Daddy.... But, such is life....right ?

I just ran a carfax and it looks fine. If someone can tell me how to upload to this site, I will.

But it still does not answer the questions Sandy poses about the pictures. I emailed the owner last night and he said he would send me more, however, I have not received them yet.

Thanks,
Cindy

Scratch that, I just received two emails from him. His wife is out of town and she is the one who takes the pictures. Should be back tomorrow and then he will send them.
