I don’t see any posts about this here. I am sorry to share Mark passed away. I saw a post from his wife on Facebook. Mark was the nicest person in the world. He was at every car show and it was always a pleasure to to talk with him. I have not had the pleasure of speaking with Mark in years. I hope he gets to enjoy endless dune rides up there. Enjoy getting to talk cars with Sandy, Mark! You will be missed.

Yes, I'm sorry I did not post that information. I'm still very much in shock.

Mark helped me find my Coupe and was thrilled to see it finally back in Michigan for the first time since 1985.

Mark's decline was hard and fast. What began as some headaches and balance issues in December quickly became a months-long stay in the hospital and loss of mobility.

I spoke with him several times over the past few months and while he was tired and the speech was a little slower, it was still the old Mark. He remained a car guy to the end and our last talk was about him trying to make some shows.

A good guy gone too soon. His memorial on the 25th will be difficult, but I'm sure we'll all have some good memories of Mark to share.

Thanks for the info.

My kids lost their mother and I decided to make some changes myself. Life is too damn unpredictable.

This news just reinforces that.

Man, I am so sorry to hear this news.

I talked to him about 6 months ago.
We had a good laugh because he was trying to call ChuckG and got our numbers mixed up since we have the same name.

We got a chance to catch up. He told me what was going on with him. But he was in good spirits.

I've called him a few times over the last few months to check on him, but got no answer.

R.I.P. my friend and let Sandy know we think of him often.
"They gon' talk about you anyway, just let it roll off."

Im Shock about Mark

Post by capri50asc »

Mark was a great guy and I will miss him. When I was a Loctite Engineer before retiring in 2018 I did many seminars and invited Mark to them and his friends. He always left with more knowledge and a bag of goodies for his mechanic needs . He had a great information on our Mustangs and Capris

As we go through this journey of life .......Enjoy each moment and day, we
are just good stewards of our ASC,s to past them on to the next generations

Live our life's Lets remember Mark forever.
