'Ya, that's them ! WARNING: They fit on so thightly, I have found only one way to remove them, that being using that other end of a nail cutter, that thin long metal file. Put in flat & them gently and slightly turn the file to catch onto the cover and gently pull toward you. You have to do it at least once per side, or 4 times, possibly as many as 6 times, to tug them off. (Off course, I never remove them.........)

The "mark" in the upper right corner is the fog lamp model number, which I assume that you know (I don't). You can be sure that size-wise they are identical. They fit (really) too tight. I've never had mine off.
