84-86 asc Hella lights

Post by negusm »

I'm selling one of my sets...$19.99 and NO RESERVE. NEW lights. These are originally BMW lights but fit the asc air dam.

H3 bulbs are preinstalled.

I got these since they had the mounting hardware to them and was curious about it. It is pretty obvious that the mounting bolts will not work for asc cars (at least I'm 99.9% sure that asc did their own thing).

Fog lights

Post by MIKE'SVO »

Mike - -Are the lenses the same? If so, I'd like to purchase them for spares. Thanks!

Whoops I FORGOT THE LINK:

The lenses and all appear to be the same except for the pigtails which will need to be cut and spliced. The "true" asc lights have a plain pair of wires instead of the nice BMW pig tail.

BTW, those mounting "screws" simply pop out of the rear housing and you are left with exactly the same housing as a normal asc Hella fog light setup.

There seems to be much confusion in my description. I am cancelling the current auction and rerunning the auction with a better description. Sorry for any confusion.

The back housing is the same as all ascMcLaren Hella fog light housings. Those mounting screws simply snap in or out of the same holes we have in ours. Unfortunately those mounting screws have a special end that will not work on the asc air dam.

Those motor mounts look small. Should be NO problem hiding them in the house!! :bouncehappy: :hello:

Yeah they fit under the bathroom sink.

I got some Ford ones (with a tranny mount) and didn't need the vert ones anymore...
