Contact them. They'll tell you all about it.
I spoke to State Farm just a little while ago. I use them as my regular insurance. They quoted me at a $17,500 coverage, 1kmiles per year, for $330 a year. I need to have my car appraised and bring it down to local office to take pictures of the car. Also car has to be mint with all original no add ons.

Yes, that's exactly what I had to do. I pay $275 as I have 4 cars on the policy, so I get them for $275 each.
Sandy passed away in 2012. He will be forever missed.

Only problem I may have is the Supercharger. However It does have the Ford emblem stamped on it so maybe I can pass it off as a rare option for a rare car lol. I still dont see the big deal since it is adding onto it not taking away.

Sandy wrote:I really can't say. What I do know is that money in the bank is always the best. It's guaranteed (FDIC), it makes interst monthly, it's safe and can only go up. Ditto very expensive artwork, but they are usually in the millions, and few folks have the knowledge to buy & sell those items. Cars, I view sorta kinda like stock. It may go up, it may go down or it might stay the same. But unlike stock, you can enjoy & have fun with cars. You can drive them, and / or just show them (as I do). But unlike stocks, it's costly to store them (Boy, do I know!) I do it for my own pleasure. I will probably die before my wife, who will sell them for sure. I would say my Grey Coupe should beworth its original window sticker price which was around $16,000. Now figure this, $75.00 a month storage times 21 years, I've paid storage ! $18,900 in storage ! I've lost $2,900.00 !! You never financially win with cars unless you buy low and sell it within 5 or 6 months for high.
Just enjoy it in any way that best suits you.
