Saw Eurocoupe on I-75 in FL yesterday
Hey guys, have not been around in sometime as I have been looking after a terminally ill family member, out of town. I came home yesterday from S FL, on the way north on I-75, near Gainsville, I ran across a white Eurocoupe headed north, NC license tags.
Anyone from here?
Car was super clean looking, kept hoping the fellow driving would stop for fuel before I had to exit onto I-10 west.
Cheers,
Chris

Was coming back from Hanks. Just picked #002 up.... She is a full-featured car....
Wish I could have had the chance to talk to you.
Made it up to just north of Savanna before continuing my way back to North Carolina this morning.

You are right about that, same reason I never really sweat my Aussie cars here in the US, too uncommon to do anything with.85McLaren wrote:I might have stopped (never know). Small world - isn't it....![]()
One thing is for sure. Anyone who car-jacks a mclaren isn't going to get a way with it for long. Too easy to spot in too few numbers....![]()

Yea, I thought of trying get your attention, but really thought you might think I was nuts. I did ride along, behind and in front for several miles. I had been trying to find my camera, but remembered it was in the trunk.
All the same, very nice car. Makes me wants to get mine out, not had it out of the garage in sometime, but with spring about here, I hope to get lots more miles on the cars this year.

It drove fine. Tires were a little out of balance. Wrong size on them also (235s). Engine compartment a little dirty. Paint - not the best. Just needs some good old hard detailing and cleaning and she could be ok. Haven't had a chance to go through her yet. Raining here today. Dont want to put her in the garage yet. Want to check for leaks and since it is raining, I can get a chance to see if she is leaking water anywhere inside. Will try to take a better glance at her later this weekend. I agree that #49 was in better condition. But for the white ones, I didn't have much choice after you bought #49.
Drive was ok - but long.... (for me)....
