Sweet!
I hope he gets his price, cause it can only help the value for the rest of us!

Looks to me like it needs a all-day-Sunday, being detailed. Wheels are really dirty.

Does it look original? The seller says that he has another ascMcLaren as well, in addition to some 5.0 Mustangs.

He is an hour-and-a-half from my house, but I would still like to try to find a time to journey out to look at the cars that he has for sale. If if I make it, I will post some additional pics.

Hey Sandy, I thought all the 89 cars had the directional wheels?
I wish blue jeans, old cars, and boots would go out of style.

I went today, to visit my 1986 Coupe. I connected the battery and turned the key and she started perfectly! I fed her a little gas to raise here RPMs and she hummmmed ! Let her run for 20 minutes and then shut her down and red-covered her. She is now 25 years old and today I took my reading glasses so that I could see the exact miles on her. She has 697 point two miles
I ran the A/C for 10 minutes and played the stereo, too. I also made the power windows go down and then back up.
Then shut her down, disconected the battery, and covered her with her 3 huge quilts. Told her that she was a good girl, lowered the garage door & locked it, too, and left.

Yes, ALL 1989s & 1990s should have the directional wheels.

I drove the nearly ninety miles needed to look at this '89 today. It was generally in good shape, and was the recent recipient of a new paint job. The interior is rather rough, needing new door panels, console and a better steering wheel.

At least to me, it isn't worth anywhere close to the asking price. The seller is a really nice guy, though, with a dozens of cars at his place (he is not a dealer). Check out the pic of the seven or so Mustang convertibles that he keeps in a shed.

Here are the photos that I took. I also included a few of the other ascMcLaren that he had in his shed. It lacked a Muscat badge, but had some other badge with which I am not familiar.
