I used a Plastic Repair kit to fix mine. It had 3 broken. I used Stainless Steel Bolts and Washers. Been a year now since the repair and still holding.

How deep was it busted off?

If you can weld a new stud on to what is left, do that first.

You can try to remove the old stud by digging into the wing, it should be possible.

As was said above, plastic repair kits seem to work well on these wings.

If you dig around it 1/8"-1/4" do you think you could weld a new stud on?

That's the best bet. It'll probably be as good as new.
