This info is new to me!! I do know, that in the
past, he has at times requested the VIN of the car, and
was only willing to sell N.O.S. parts to actual
McLaren owners. This I can understand, due to the
constantly dwindling suppy of parts, which are no longer
being made & the original MOLDS have been destroyed.
Case point: He has sold the rear spoiler for the coupe
(the larger spoiler) to at least 20 persons who wanted
to put it on their stock Capri (1983-1986) to "Soup
it up" ~ Now how would you feel if you NEEDED one
for your asc/McLaren, and he was out of them, and
there goes a guy with one on a 1983 6-Cyl Capri? See?!!
But this now info you tell me, has me baffeled!
