Exterior:-<br>EuroCoupes all had theorange
wheels, no white, no silver, no anthracite, soly ORANGE.
The oft seen asc/McLaren exterior striping was
deleted. In its place was a sing;e pencil thin orange pin
stripe running thru the center indentation of the
bodyside moulding, front & rear bumper rub srrips.
Interior:-<br>EuroCoupes were built with no radio, therefore all have a
different one! (Depended upon what the selling dealer
installed). EuroCoupes had no Leather Wrapped Steering Whhel,
nor Leather Wrapped Shift Knob, nor asc/McLaren Floor
mats. The 140 MPH speed was $79.00 optional in them, as
was the Whistler Spectrum-II Superhetrodyne Remote
Radar Detector ($238.95). <br>Mechanical:-<br>The
suspension was FoMoCo stock, meaning NO Carrerra 50/50
Schocks, No Thunderbird Turbo Coupe Tie-Rod Tips, and no
Ford Motorsport SUPER Sport Springs. No B-303 Hi Po
Cam, installed by FoMoCo on the Dearborn line,
either.<br>No Italian Fila Air Horns.<br><br>The price (MSRLP)
of the Full Packaged Hatchbackwas $4,212.00 while
the EuroCoupe's MSRLP was $3,380.00 - or $832.00
difference.<br><br>The taillamps covers were attached with 3 screws, the
headlamp cover used two screws on top, and velcro on the
bottom.<br><br>Regarding side rear quarter windows, they had an external
secondary aluminum 3-sided frame track, into which slid a
thin triangular deep tined piece of plexiglas. This
sat OUTSIDE of the regular window. It made it look
flush with the rest of the car. This was deleted on all
examples with a factory installed T-Top, as the moulding
protruded into the T-Tops working area. Okay?
