Subject: Re: Keweenau White paint code

Body:
Keweenau White is a SIKKENS paint color. You will
not find it on a duPont/Ditzler/Sherwin Williams or
any other paint chart. It is the property of SIKKENS.
You'll have to go to a SIKKENS paint authorized dealer
and have it custom mixed for you.<br>The paint code
for Keweenau White is FA87:KW<br>On the SIKKENS
MASTER COLOR MAP it can be located on Page 498-A5. The
mix code for it is as
follows:-<br>00<br>744<br>904<br>The amounts of each are guided by the total
quantity
of paint you desire. You'll need the guidance of the
person at the paint dealer, who will prepare it for you.
While there, discuss with him what you are doing with
it. If it is to touch up a door ding, you only need
the basic paint, however if it is for repainting
(using spray) there are other things you'll need for
proper SIKKENS preparation. You're SIKKENS paint shop
will know, but for your own knowledge, you can
question the person who waits on you. You can take that
info, and discuss it with the paint foreman at the
repair shop to be sure it will be done the right
way.<br>If you'll post here the State & largest city near
you, I'll check my own list and tell you who is the
closest to you. They mix the paint while you wait,
usually under 10 minutes! I'd print this out, and take
with you, in case the person helping you can't find
the paint chip in the book, the book.....which is
larger than the Los Angeles yellow pages, so print
this.<br><br>S A N D Y
