I'm gonna try & check out this #35 asc/McLaren on e-bay, the black
1984 2-Seat Roadster. It claims to be a 6 Cyl with 5-Speed Stick. I
was under the impression that no such examples were made! I do know
that a few 1986 3.8 SC Mecury Capri asc/McLaren 2-Seat Roadsters were
made. I have located 2 of them. But, according to internal
asc/McLaren printed material(s), all 1984/1985 were 302 V-8s.
Likewise all 1986 Hatchbacks. The 3.8L six cylinders were all 1986
converts.
I will post here, is & when I find out anything....
