U can't give you too much info, as I an a little in the dark about
this myself. I do know that the wheels came from 2 different
suppliers. Initially (1984-1986) OEM the wheels were made by
Campignolio of Italy. These were the "Popsicle Orange" ones. Also
the White ones. Somewhere along the line, MSW bought the rights to
distribute them in the USA, and they later began manufacturing them.
The original wheels have the center cap that goes in fro the front of
the wheel, and the later wheels have to be removed from the car to
insert the center cap from the backside. There are most of the
anthracite wheels as well as the gold wheels. Rge originals from
Italy seem to be made better as far a fit & finish......but not
always. That's all i know.
