This is an educated & somewhat informed guess. From 1987 thru 1990,
asc/McLaren built 1,806 of them. I'd say that 25% are in salvage
yards, another 25% SHOULD BE, but they are "resting" on e-bay, auto-
trader and other "nests". Of the other 50%, 35% are on the road, as
daily drivers, with the usual nicks, scrapes and non-working power
window, on again - off again air conditioning, and non-working roof
and the other "virus'es" that attack these cars. The remaining 15%
are in anywhere from very good condition, all the way up to almost
brand new!
