Mike,
Anytime I come across an asc/Mclaren I have been recording the vin number &
info on the car and putting it in an Excel spreadsheet.
I started doing this because many times I would see a car in a parking lot,
or at a car show and then I wonder if it was the same car I had seen before
or if it is a different one.
There is another '86 EuroCoupe that is an almost exact duplicate of mine,
the ONLY difference is it has the power lock option and mine doesn't. Here
is what is most interesting to me about this, our vin numbers are only FIVE
numbers from each other. Mine is #618892 and it is #618897.
I would bet that ASC ordered the cars from Ford in batches.
