-If you look in the 1987 asc/McLaren (Convt.) brochure, you see a
small photo of the steering wheel, without the cruise control. It
was the SVO steering wheel from 1986, the tri-spoke. I have seen
100s of 1987 McLarens in photos sent to me, and I have never ever
seen even 1 with YHAT steering wheel! I errored on the dash Alert
Light availability, but I'd put my money on this one: It IS the
wrong steering wheel
