I've been doing "it" since 1987, or 15 years. I would estimate that
I have located about 1/3rd made, or around 600. Many that I have
located have changed owners, multiple times - some I have learned
have been junked, written off my insurance companies as a total loss,
etc, etc. Of the 600 or so that I have, I'd guess that 40% are no
longer with the people who had them when that person & I touched
base. Many of the people have moved, and the address's that I have
for them are wrong, also. In the 15 years, I have had just 2 persons
send me a note to tell me that they moved with the new address, and 2
person who wrote to say that they sold the car, of which just 1
person gave me the new owner's name & address. So, in many cases the
listing is "stale", with regard to the present owner or whereabouts
of the car.
The First & last of any given year:-
1986:
1st: Keweenau White/Dk. Regatta Blue/Dark Blue
Last: Jet Black/Dark Charcoal/Black
1987:
1st: ascMcLaren Red/Lt & Dk Grey/Black
Last:ascMcLaren Red/Sand Beige/Tan
1988:
1st: Keweenau White/Dk. Regatta Blue/Dark Blue
Last: ascMcLaren Red/Sand Beige/Tan
1989:
1st: ascMcLaren Red/Lt & Dk Grey/Black
Last: Paris Blue Metallic/Dk Regatta Blue/Dk Blue
1990:
1st: Keweenau White/Oxford White Leather/Dk Blue Top (Junked)
Last: Azura Blue Pearlescent/Crystal Blue/Dk Blue
That is all I am now supplying! I will not release any owner's
names as I do not have permission to do so. Furthermore, the info I
was given from ascMcLaren was given to me in confidence, and I intend
to uphold my promise to them.
