Same deal here. This Spring I'll be adding the beige top, other than
that the car will remain the way it was delivered...stock looking.
The 302 will be rebuilt, poked .030 over, forged pistons, GT-40P
heads (I loved these on my GT), Cobra intake, dual pattern cam
(undecided), headers, Bassani X-pipe, All the goodies...plus a
Vortech S-trim. Will anyone ever know? Probably not. Will I street
race it. Definitely not. Will I take it to the track. Yeah...just
to hear everyone say, "What kind of a car is that"?!?

Since it has over 100,000 miles on it, I don't much care about resale
value. Not that I'd ever sell it anyways!

Did ASC hit a home run with these? Hell yeah! They are the best
looking Fox on the road, and I'm going to keep it that way.

In fact, I'm taking advantage of the cool weather right now to begin
my work. So she sits with the engine half pulled apart as time
allows. Next will be a stop by Casa Ford Collision Center to repaint
the engine bay the original 1988 Ford Smoke Grey.
