For what its worth, in a private correspondance he told me that they
never got a TITLE for the car, only a "Bill of Sale" (In NJ these are
1 in the same - so I was confused right there) ans they never were
aware of this fact of the past history of the car, and because they
did not state this, out in the open ebay kicked them off....
