I only have exact figures for the 1988s & 1990s. I lack these for
1984, 1985, 1986, 1987 & 1989. I can tell you that MOST were
automatic, which was a $575.00 option. The 5-Speed stick was
standard.
8% of the 1990s were 5-Speed and 28% of the 1988s were 5-speed. The
percent of 5-speeds seems to have dropped each year. While I have no
proof, I did hear someone say that in 1989 16% were sticks, so it
seems to have dropped 8 percent each year beginning in 1988.
Auto Trader.com usually has a good selection, however spread out
across the country.....
The car at Southeast Classics in Houston (the red one) in minit but
the price is too high. He has been trying to sell it for 9 months!
The car is actually worth $16,500.00.
