the speaker grills are metal wrapped in black speaker grill cloth.
i will take a pic for you and post it within the next few days. the
recaros dont have covers, you will have to get them
reupholstered....$$$$ when i had mine done i couldn't afford the
leather so i got them done in black velour for $150 each(we kept all
the original sew lines, headrest speakers, lumbar, and heat
options). eventually they will go back to leather, but i have to
admit the velour "feels" alot better summer, winter, top up, or top
down......leather owners know what i mean... lol

also... i think the ashtry is a ford part, i will check the bottom
again.
