Subject: Answer to 1MEBP & 1MHBP

Okay, I spoke with my friend who used to work at the ascMclaren
plant. He seems to think that the 1MHBP cars were the onces made in
some sort of sequence by Ford to asc specs. In other words,
specifically to become an asc. However, sometimes they'd be short of
cars, and have dealers clammoring for car or cars, and that they'd
pull a car out of dealer's stock, & convert it, and then THAT car
would be a 1MEBP. However, he wasn't really super duper sure that
was the answer. I Sure wish I could see some photos of 84/85/86 cars
to be made into converts under the 1MHBP arriving at the plant & how
weird they musta looked.
