From what I can see the car reeks of being an 85.
The side mouldings look'85?
The washer resevoir is '85 (did they have that style back in 83?) At least the low level sensor would be on the top of the washer resevoir which it isn't.
The dash has the grey "faux bolt" panels on it for 1984-1986.
