In order to get to the bulbs, you must remove the entire housing.
If you reach under the front airdam to behind it, you will find a
nut (is 1/2" if I remember correctly). undo this nut and the entire
housing will pull out from the front. From there, push up on the
pressure tab at the bottom of the housing to separate the lens from
the basket, then it's just a simple push on the spring clip to get
to the bulb. the bulb size is H4.

Between the foglamp and the mounting hole, there is a spacer with a
notch in it. make sure that when you are remounting the housing
that the notch fits into the groove in the mounting hole for the
lamps (kinda hard to explain, but if you look at it, you'll see what
I mean). thumb tighten the mounting nut and then switch one so you
can properly aim your lamps, then tighten with a wrench.

If the bulbs are still good, then the switch on the dash may have
gone out, they do so often. You can pick up a replacement switch
from www.stangparts.com . The ASC switch and the Mustang one are
exactly the same.

It would seem that perhaps they unscrew, since I do not see any
mounting screws, but now is not the time to break something. I just
purchased this rascal and love it!
