Heheheh... the proper retort to "Must be nice to have the money"
is " Must be the sh*ts being poor " and then you fire him ;)
After reading the tale ( errm... fate ) of your lawnworker, I understand now why your McLaren's are stashed at an undisclosed location ;)

Is a good phrase to delete from your
vocabulary. The man who takes care
of my lawn and sometimes cuts the shrubs
came one day & saw my 2 McLaren roadsters,
and proceded to repeat that same phrase,
to me, regarding the 2 McLarens.
THAT was the last time he worked for me,
I fired him. If you are eating a good
steak, and someone comes up to you and
says, "Must be good to have food" ~ for
$12.00 you can treat him to a dynamite
lunch, right? But, if they say this
because of a car, what are you supposed
to do? Give them a car ? Not good.
It puts the receiver in a very bad
spot. There is no come back, and
there is nothing you can do. I fired him
because he was obviously jealous of me,
and if he feels that way towards me,
he's not gonnna do a great job for me.
