No, Tom. I've never even been to Michigan. I took a great interest
in them, cultivated friends withing the walls of ascMcLren, received
alot of inter-office memos from them and spoken with former managers
& workers, there.
The engine mods were performed illeagly and therefore were never made
public. Many items were prototype and bare the hand held engraving
of the part # beginning with a "P" for prototype.
ALL of them were done BY FORD at the Dearborn "Skunkwerks" ~ This incl
B303 CAM
Prototype Valve Guides & Valves & springs
3.08 Axle Ratios in 5-Speeds, when only 2.73 were being offerred in
1984/5.
Unique exhaust system/mufflers & Cat. Converters
