It's a product made by "Automobili Intermeccanica" called "Cabrio".
It was marketed from 1980 through 1983. You can learn about it and
view the brochure at the link below. The production numbers were
never released, as far as I can tell. You ordered it through any
Ford Dealer, and it was available with any or all regular Mustang
production options, except for vinyl tops and rear window defrosters.
Also available in any color of any given year and the same for
interiors.
