Novice but Not for Long

Hi,

Is there anyone who can tell me about the wiring for the seats, the switch behind my seat for the torneau, and has anyone ever experienced a leak problem from winshield in the rain? I have an 88 ASC/Mclaren red convertable. I am looking to put alot into it. Need a little help on the way from the experts. Ford dealers and Service depts, have no idea whats what on a Mclaren, especially, the wiring and all they do is hook it up to "Diagnostics" @ $95/hr and say "that must of been added" .
