Eric, I agree 110% with your thoughts. Tom is a very, very good
friend of mine, and people do not come more honest than Tom! It
don't happen. He's a man of his word and is a person worthy of
trust. I would accept his generous offer, if we cannot entice Yahoo
to "lighten up" with us.
