The place that I use to host mercurycapri.com has pretty much
everything you need. Mailling lists, programming, forums and more.
It's a little steep to get started, usually $200. Usually every June
they have a special deal where I can get you an account for $100, then
it's $70 a year after that.

You get ALOT of space and ALOT of bandwidth. 600 megs of space, 5 gigs
of bandwidth a month, unlimited emails, 20 mailling lists, lots of free
scripts, etc. etc.

It's an awesome company, I've never had any problems with it.

I read your other message about brinkster. It is 30 megs free, but
only 500 megs of bandwidth. You might go through that pretty quick if
it's all images...of course you can always open upi more and more
account too to keep it free.------
